Alexey Kozlov is an accomplished business professional, investor, and graduate of James Madison University. Initially working in investment banking between 1998 and 2005, Alexey later applied his experience and business acumen to real estate. He founded and served as head of a major development company with a project portfolio exceeding 100,000 m2 in Moscow. In 2008 he was arrested due to a conflict with his business partner who exercised political influence.
In 2012 Alexey was included in the famous Magnitsky List by the U.S. Congress, as an example of an unjustly convicted individual in Russia.
Since relocating to Berlin in 2017 he has established multiple successful companies and undertaken various real estate development projects. These include the “Am Rohrpful” and the “Am Eichenpfuhl” residential quarters. Alexey is the founder and board member of the non – profit organization Für unsere und Ihre Rechte e.V., which supports persecuted individuals, as well as promoting gender equality, educational, artistic, and cultural initi atives.
In 2022, the German tax office recognized this foundation as a charity.
Markus Barow is an experienced professional in the construction industry. Focussing on construction projects, he has provided consultancy services since 2007. As part of his w ork, he collaborates with district and senate administrations, engages in civic participation, and navigates political landscapes.
Markus has overseen the successful completion of 10 projects in Berlin and Brandenburg since 2007.
Furthermore, Markus has demonstrated his commitment to public service through various voluntary and political roles, including being a research assistant, committee chair, and spokesperson, with a strong emphasis on urban development, social integration, a nd equal opportunities in the Berlin Mitte district.
Maria Shklyaruk is an economic analyst focused on investment projects and sustainable real estate development. She works on investment analysis, financial modelling, and the strategic evaluation of development projects, as well as on integrating sustainability and ESG considerations into project economics. Maria holds a PhD in Economics from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, specialising in economic management and renewable energy support mechanisms, as well as an LL.M. from the University of Hamburg. Her interdisciplinary background enables her to address economic, strategic, and regulatory aspects within an investment context.
Since beginning her career in Berlin, Maria has been involved in residential real estate investment projects, including collaboration with construction and contracting companies. Her focus lies on financial structuring, strategic analysis, and supporting complex development processes.
Vladimir Boldinov is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Deputy Managing Director for legal support of real estate investments at SP Investments GmbH.
With a background in law, he has worked as deputy head and head of the legal department at prominent Moscow development companies.
He joined the team at the beginning of 2023.
